Speaking To Sell…My Favorite Speaking Formula

By: Dan Kennedy on: March 3rd, 2016 3 Comments

The other day I told you there are two main ways to make money as a speaker.  The first was to get paid to speak.  I briefly talked about that method in the blog “My Second Favorite Speaking Model”.

My FAVORITE speaking model is NOT the one where I’m paid once to speak once, but rather a model where instead I speak once and get paid over and over again.

While many people prefer the first model, if you’re like me and hate spending hours in airports and night after night sleeping in hotels away from home, if I’m going to bare this kind of inconvenience…I not only want to get paid that day, but also paid by those same audience members for months and years down the line.

In order to do this you need a skill that an ever decreasing number of my ilk have, but is more powerful than ever.  It’s a skill that can easily be replicated by those willing to pay in a relatively small amount of work (yes, it does require some work, lazy people need NOT apply) for the increasingly large gains you’ll reap.

The skill I’m referring to is the ability to persuade and sell.  This could be from a stage in front of a live audience, via the internet, tv, radio, or media that don’t yet exist.

To this end, it is in your BEST interests to develop this skill and to this end right now it would be well worth your while to understand the various methods and strategies of this craft.  Right now one of GKIC’s long time partners is revealing their persuasion and sales strategies and ultimately their method of creating The Invisible Close.

Her name is Lisa Sasevich and she is offering free tools and tips to guide you through her process.  You can get her first tool the “Mindset Game Changers Worksheet” by clicking here now.

It is kind of crazy how many people speak from the stage just to make one sale, and mot even think about getting recurring income.

Reminds me of your saying, “Don’t get a customer to make a sale, make a sale to get a customer.”

Speaking to sell something is really not an easy thing to do. You are doing well in this case. One can learn but for having those powerful skills , you need a big break to gain those skills.
